Branding Project for a local experience restaurant located in the dynamic, diverse and lively northern city - Haifa. The restaurant concept is the first Hydroponic restaurant in Israel and is located in the northern region, where all its dishes are based on hydroponic crops grown on the roof of the restaurant. The restaurant's fresh produce grows in tubes that are intertwined like roots. Seasonal, controlled, organic and innovative. Urban agriculture is delicious and surprising.

Local- The restaurant advocates local cultivation and bases the menu on the restaurant's agricultural output.
Urban- This is an urban agricultural revolution - a hydroponically grown agricultural farm on the roof of a restaurant in the busy life of the city.
New- This is an urban agricultural revolution - a hydroponically grown agricultural farm on the roof of a restaurant in the busy life of the city.
Healthy - food based on hydroponics that is harvested locally, is fresher food, the raw materials are grown under controlled conditions without pesticides.
Unique - this is a special growing method that is not yet commonly used in Israel. Especially not in the configuration of a restaurant that bases its menu on growing this method.
